Superman all the way! I love how Spiderman turned out and I`d love to see Superman movie with young actor so that the story covers both Smallville days and Daily Planet. I think that CC would be perfect Supes because of his ever changeable face. My major beef with Superman story is that Lois Lane, who gets eye in eye and lips on lips with both Clarke and Supes, can`t see it`s obviously one the same person. I mean, c`mon, glasses ain`t a big disguise! So lame. However, CC as Tom Riddle looks every inch The Man of Steel (cheekboanes, jaw, hairdo, stern look in the eye) and so not sweet Christian the real life version who is slightly on a nerdy Clarke Kent side. I can`t imagine other actor who`d pull of both Supes and Clarke and make them even look physically different from each other. Heath Ledger? he`s always Heath - beard no beard, blond, brunette, he`s heath. Ditto Colin Farrell and Josh Hartnett and 20+ Flavors of the Moment who are mentioned to be under consideration. But CC has that dual quality - Clarke`s sweet nerdiness and Supes steelness in one perfect combo. Besides the man admitted to often dream of flying and that flying would be his power of choice so put 2 and 2 together - he`d love to play the man from Krypton!
And I think that they should cast unknown which CC pretty much is and not some of the overhyped Flavors like heath, Colin, Orlando, Jake, Josh,etc who are so everywhere that people are starting throwing up when they see their pictures or hear their names. Male Gwyneths as I love to call them.
