Hmmmmm ... this is interesting ... have you guys noticed that the blazer that he's wore at the premier seems to be the same one that he wore for the BBC interview?
On second thought ... maybe I should give my caffeine a rest ...

Yes, I completely agree with Mandragora that we're after all CC's fans and we don't have the right to control his life ... but I've gotta say that he shouldn't lie about him being single (if he ever did , that is) ... unless it's for a mighty good reason.

He shouldn't lie in the first place. That's one of the things that aggravates me. To be honest, if he ever did, it would be a turn-off. But that doesn't change the fact he's one of the finest young actors I've seen, though. |

i dont think he lied,anyway,u cant say,he s lying because of just ONE photo,although it does say very much to many of the guys here....
why should he lie,by the way?he s not that famous to have to be afraid of a girls attack...

Technically he is single, that's right. His availability is in question, though. Look at me, I am single but theoretically not available  Ideally I am, but I am a lousy commitmentphobic since that my concept of commitment is way different from the norm, which is ironic since that I am basically a catch but that doesn't make the opposite sex as good a catch that will equally compliment the likes of the workings of such mind and such soul, therefore the idea of permanent attachment to a particular person is highly equivocal and the idea of singlehood is more appealing than forceful commitment where silly compromises are made.  So maybe Christian is indeed technically single, attachment status questionable, his need to be attached might be high. Ho-hum. It's the age, or maybe like some families where they force the younger generation to 'go forth and multiply' |

so, I choosed to register Well, when I look at this pic I see this red dress and I think at the dresser of my mom - she has a dress that looks exactly like that one, the girl is wearing. Strange! Well I think, it's his privacy whether he has a girl friend or not. I like his acting, and okay, he is handsome but I don't know his personality and I can't say whether we could talk if we meet (what is impossible). If she is his gierlfreind Ihope, they are happy tohether. Rest is uninteresting for me! Aout the lying: Okay, if he lies, that is not okay. Single means in my country, that you have no relation. |

he wasn`t lying. I figured it out. He and LIR weren`t an item by the time of interview but he was hoping they would be. So technically he was single, he couldn`t say he had a gf but he and LIR were seeing each other, he was hoping for a relationship so that is why the question upset him a bit. That`s a speculation, of course. Some people take it slowly before they become a couple, go out a lot, see if they are right for each other and a real relationship so I wouldn`t be surprised if taking LIR to CoS premiere was part of their courtship. So if the infamous December 3 message is real deal (I`m not saying it is,just "if") than they became an item before that date and after the interview. And since LIR was on only 1 picture CC probably had no idea anyone spotted her. That`s it, no lies, just bad timing when he was caught in sandwitch between singledom and upcoming coupledom. My 2 cents.
BTW, she looks exactly like I pictured his type of a girl, those balerina types: hairdo, figure, fashion sense.

Well, that can be true... But I don't like her dress sense, judging from the pic. It's like a sad MiuMiu Prada number (sorry to say), and yes, she's VERY feminine. Oh well. And I thought he's the type who goes for girls with a lot of spunk, who guzzles Cappuccino all day, a Joni Mitchel-type who prefers vintage clothing and calf boots, who plays the drums, occasionally dyes her hair red, carries around a worn copy of "The Catcher in the Rye" in her pocket, and instead of being a ballerina, prefers to dance barefoot on the grass. But then, we can't tell yet. |

I mean, I've looked at a ton of London premiere pics and she isn't in any of them except that one. And if we really wanted clarification on the whole Are-they-holding-hands-or-not thing, we could try contacting the person who actually took the picture to see if they remember anything. Anyway....personally, I don't really care if he has a girlfriend. It's not like any of us has a chance with him, and his happiness really doesn't have much to do with us. Oh, and the stupid link doesn't work, so you'll have to copy&paste it instead.
