I love Gandalf in the LOTR books, and Ian Mckellen played it very well. I am going to rent Gods and Monsters when I have time... it has Brendan Fraser in it. Maybe McKellen is a possible Dumbledore? I know this has been brought up too many times, but I guess, if Mckellen playes Dumbledore, he will add more texture to him--- Dumbledore quite reminds me of Gandalf anyway, and I believe Mckellen is the perfect Gandalf  Come to think of it, Harry Potter has as LOTR theme to it, if you really play close any attention---- plus Arthurian themes too, re Arthur being born an orphan meant for something big and all. Same goes with Frodo  |

i saw hugh jackman in kate and leopold and totally loved him! yay!
and about LOTR...still undecided, but edging closer to actually see the FOTR...and TTT...

ewww...and i hate the name mandy (no offense to those with that name! but bad experiences surround the name!) ;D

to be honest i don't think i like the idea of ian being dumbledore, i don't know why! i can't imagine anyone else being dumbledore now to be honest  i really wanna see 'gods and monsters' i just never seem to get round to watching/renting it! he's amazing in 'apt pupil' and 'richard III'  u should deffinately watch 'fotr' and 'ttt' angela lol and on the subject of names, there's no girls names i really like, but there's loadsa guys names i love! |

i'd be here forever if i listed all the guys names i like! i think the name christian is ok but i wouldn't name my kid christian!

Hey hey! Iam Taz. Just joined yesterday. Looked around for C.C. sites after HPCOS. I'am 16 and from Canada. GO LEAFS GO!! Obviously from Toronto:P Love this site! I first noticed him when it was announced that he was gonna be in COS. I saw the pic and thought, "he's nice!TEXT" I was watching WSC a couple of weeks later and thought, "Ben's cute!" I waited for the credits, and who played Ben?! I'm so slow at these things. Anywayz, saw COS last week. Brilliant. CC did great job. good good. Bye! ;D |

Heehee, my real name isn't Mandy. My real name is Katrina, I just want to be known around here thru a nick that is HP related. I wan thinking of Arabella at first, but then for some reason, the scent of cats wafted around my nose, and we don't even have cats at home  I did consider Mrs Riddle, though, but then I don't want to be known as the missus (haha).... hmm, think I'll change to the Dark Lady, the partner of the Dark Lord ;D Iy really makes me wonder if Tom Riddle, in the books, or say, part of the whole HP story at LEAST fell in-love. But the presentation is not the mushy type, something really tragic. Hmm... not for the kids at all! |
