Soho is like the Greenwich Village in New York--- bohemian-artist types usually hang around there. Lots of interesting characters too. The likes of Dylan Thomas during his time hung out there, and those stereotyped 'starving artists' sort of thing--- you guys get the picture.
If he's hanging around Soho, maybe he's not the type who hangs around, you know, regular places like discos and raves. Hmm, probably CC considers himself a True Artist? (hehe) ;D
