I'm also from England and I'm 20 years old. Unfortunately, I haven't seen Christian in much except clips of WSC. But after reading about him, seeing stuff about him on the net, and reading about his role in 'Chamber Of Secrets' (excellent book, better than Philosopher's Stone)...I can't wait to see him in action.

And Jo... boo! Thought I'd stop by and post after you told me about this board.

I've only ever seen Christian in 'Weird Sister College', and I didn't even realise it was him. I remember watching it and thinking, 'Hmm, that Ben guy's cute'. Then, I saw a picture of CC on the Newsround website and immediately started drooling. But, I didn't know that CC was Ben until I came to this site, lol.

I can't wait to see him in CoS. I'm a huge fan of the HP books so I know I'll love the film anyway but now, with CC playing Tom Riddle, I have even more reason to enjoy it

Gem!!! I'm glad you're here.

CoS was a lot more gripping than the first book. I guess its because the first had to deal with introducing the plot and characters so to speak. But I can definately see Christian in the Tom Riddle role. I so can't wait to see more pics of him in it.

Yep, I totally agree with you about the first book. Don't get me wrong, I love the whole HP series but I definitely think they've improved as they've gone along.

I don't know... after seeing his character in WSC, a bumbling, shy, 'cute boy', I found it hard to imagine him playing a 'bad boy' but I'm getting used to the idea now and I like it, lol

I really want to see some more CoS pictures too, and I wish they'd shown him in the trailer! All we got was 2 seconds of him speaking... all though his voice did sound very nice.

I think it's because I haven't seen him in anything much really so I can't compare or tell what he'd be like in other roles.

Well, I don't remember him being that posh in WSC. I mean, he's well spoken but I think he layed it on thick for the film. There seems to be a big thing about having bad guys with upper class English accents in films... James Bond, Don't say a word, Lord of the rings... even Will Smith said the best kind of baddies are the English ones. He said they sound so proper and intelligent that you just know they must be up to something, lol. Wow, I really started rambling there didn't I? Oops
