And I ought to know better because I am supposed to edit and prrofread all the stories for my university newspaper. Some of my staffers call me the Spelling and Grammer Nazi. (No offense to anyone here, I am definately NOT a Nazi) My point is...I don't have one. Yes, wait, I do! I should not type when I'm tried. If Christian reads this, he is going to think I am a complete dolt. Five hours of play rehearsal today and five hours of proofreading in the office makes Kathryn a silly girl. I will shut up now.  |

Don't worry about it, it happens to the best of us. My grammar and spelling tends to degenerate whenever I type conversationally... and I'm a grammar stickler type of English major.
Oh god. Your post reminds me... I gotta dream up a good article on Asian-Americans and pop-culture... ::sighs:: I wish x-mas break lasted longer...

When I am typing essays and things for work I'm pretty careful about that sort of thing, but I guess here is a little bit different to an essay which gets marked by an evil law professor?

okay new rules.. GRAMMAR and Spelling do not count here, because this is a place where we all come to relax and to get away from our daily stresses..so, we shouldn't really care about how we get our messege across..jus that we do coherently! INTERNET SLANG is allowed and preferred (?)..so becuz, u, kno, tho, plz, btw, w/, g2g, ttyl, ttfn, wtf, lol, lmao, lmfao and all those other internet abbreviations are accepted! TO PROBOARDS: get a d**n spellchecker! lol  ;D and i hope CC reads this so he doesn't think we're all iliterate  ...lol ;D |

I think it's funny, maybe someday our posts will be so relaxed they will look like garbly gook and when someone does research, they will be surprised to learn the majority of us are university students!
