But that's just it...he's TOOOO perfect...he values rules above EVERYTHING else....doesn't take into consideration the PEOPLE involved..... You know, I was just thinking......if I were put in Hufflepuff...well...it just does NOT suit me...I'd probably say the Sorting Hat did a mistake, and they'd better move me...which they wouldn't, of course...but you see, then I'd be really depressed and I wouldn't achieve to the best of my abilities..and then they'd HAVE to move me. When I was 5 and in kindergarten, there were 2 reading groups and I was in the "low" reading group (see---that's how smart I was; I could tell ). Anyway I was terrrrribly insulted. Hence, I didn't achieve to the best of my abilities, because I wasn't with my true peers. I still remember the day when I was sitting on the edge of the rug and as the top reading group was leaving the room for their lesson, my teacher said to me, "Donna---you can go; you're in that reading group now." Ahh, memories. <g>

i'm ginny. meh. d**n being shy anyway.
too bad pansy parkinson is never on those tests - that's the character that i identify with most in the books. not only do i also bear the *ahem* gift of a face that looks remarkably like a pug, i recognise her viciousness as a cover for self-conciousness. i had the same mean streak when i was younger, for the same reasons.

To be perfectly honest, I would rather be in Gryffindor, though the appealing part of being in Slytherin is being ambitious which I don't see something wrong in. Besides, it's too stereotypical to say that the great guys are in Gryffindor, the wimps are in Hufflepuff, the diplomats are in Ravenclaw and the bad guys are in Slytherin. What makes Gryffindor fun, I guess, are the Gryffindor people themselves. It would be fun to have the Weasleys as housemates (fine, Harry and Hermione too), but I think I would like to have Snape as the head of my house. By that i should start subtly suggesting to him that maybe he could concoct a potion to untangle greasy hair such as his, and maybe, who knows, he's as good looking as Sirius Black!

Besides, it's too stereotypical to say that the great guys are in Gryffindor, the wimps are in Hufflepuff, the diplomats are in Ravenclaw and the bad guys are in Slytherin. Yeah as I've said, I'd say there were a mistake if I were put in Hufflepuff, and most likely in Ravenclaw as well...actually yeah because I'd be walking around the halls and sitting at meals constantly looking at the Slytherin and Gryffindor tables wondering what the heck----those are the people most like me---how come I'm not over there??? Actually yes, it IS misleading to stereotype the groups---and yet we do, but Cedric is/was in Hufflepuff, and for gosh sake, Neville is in Gryffindor---I'd have a lot of questions for the Sorting Hat. And we probably *should* assume that there are "not so bad" members of Slytherin---the motto "There wasn't ever a bad wizard that didn't come out of Slytherin" doesn't mean there weren't good ones, either. It simply means all the "bad" ones were in there. Hey Lizifer what's wrong with Gryffindor? LOL Donna

I don't really like Gryffindor that much. Probably because I can't relate to them. I am the world's worst wimp. And I'm not nice *ahem* boring enough for Hufflepuff. I think I'd be in Ravenclaw or Slytherin. Hmm...I think I'm a Slytherin, because I'm ambitious and can be nasty. I have a very bad temper. Today at LOTR, this person behind me kept kicking my seat. I asked them politely to stop, and they didn't. So I hurled popcorn at them. LOL. Then they dumped candy on my head, and I said a few, er...inappropriate things.

I think I'd like to be Ginny. I've always speculated about what went on in the Chamber before Harry arrived.

what's right with gryffindor u mean donna!?! lol i'm like jen, i can't identify with gryffindors, ever since i 1st read the books i've never liked/wanted to be like them! and like jen described herself 'ambitious and i can be nasty' that's me! and i'm also clever if i want to be so that's why i'd like to think i'd be in slytherin or maybe ravenclaw!

Harry doesn't have a real personality like all the other characters. All we know about him is that he's brave and likes Quidditch. I dunno, I've sort of held a grudge against him since he killed/blew up/stabbed Tom.
