I haven't seen it, but I heard he dies a pretty graphic, gruesome death :\ Anyone know where we can find a copy of it?! All of the amazon.co.uk copies are British formatted so they won't work in my VCR, lol.

SPOILER ALERT! jolly dies of typhoid and in his last moments, all he wants to hear is his watch... it was so depressing to read. i liked jolly and not solely because christian is playing him. ooh! that val dartie! *clenches fist* ioan-ers can catch him in the first three eps. christian doesn't appear until the last ep. [nov. 17th for the american population] the saga begins on oct. 6th on PBS and sadly coincides with alias. the really sad bit for me is that i'm up at college and i don't have a vcr.

They don't actually show him dying. They just talk a lot about how sick he is, and then the dad gets a telegram. Still, it's really sad. It made me cry. You know, CC really likes theatrical dying. He "died" in CoS, FS, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and he might have died in Horatio Hornblower, which is about wars and stuff, and LiaCC, which is also about wars, and maybe in Four Feathers, because he played a drummer boy, and they're the ones who always got shot. Whoa, major run-on sentence. My English teacher would sue me. I personally think I'm really nice to her. Like the other day, I let her know that she, "is makes my speaking English gooder". What a kind person I am! Sorry, I have a gabbing disorder. ;D

jen that's HILARIOUS! "duh, miss...u'r making my speech gooder!!" oh man! u'r too funni and i've noticed, that cc likes being in roles that ensure that fact that he'll die and never ever be involved in it EVER again! lol ;D ;D

LOL. ;D Yeah, it was pretty funny. The look on her face... Hee hee. She's the "Miss Professional" type who never smiles, is always serious, wears perfectly coordinated outfits, and has long vampire-esque nails. She's nice, though.
