Deleting Users

When I first registered for this forum, there was a problem with the computer. It kept saying that the username I had chosen was taken, so I registered for the forum five times. Well, it turned out the usernames hadn't been chosen and I was registered five times. (!) Naturally, I don't need four of the usernames. So I e-mailed Ashley, asking her to delete four of the names, and I provided the passwords. That was weeks ago and they are still there.
My question is this: how the heck am I supposed to get rid of those unwanted names? Who am I supposed to contact? I really don't want to look like an idiot with my e-mail address posted five times. Can anybody help me???

if u know the password for all these users, what u do is go to the profile section and at the bottom of the page there is a button that says "Delete User" and, Ta-da! U'r user is deleted!
