What's with the calendar thing at the top? Has that always been here and I've not noticed it, or is it new? And what exactly is the purpose of it?

Also: how many posts do you need to become a senior member? I remember reading about it once, but I can't actually remember how it went, eg status/number of posts.....

the calendar is a new feature that they've added to the free boards, it's the place where we're supposed to add b-day's and special days!
and the senior member i believe is 250 posts ;D
