The Moulin Rogue OST! I LOVE IT! It made me like the old Elton John music, you know, after "Almost Famous" for "Tiny Dancer", it is "Your Song" this time around. That is just one of the sweetest songs Everytime Moulin Rogue, it gives me goosebumps. Lhurman is just a genius

I quite liked his "Romeo and Juliet" too, though not as much as "Moulin Rouge". And perhaps his first film "Strictly ballroom" was all right too, but he gets better with every movie I think....his next one should be even better if this theory is correct....

The GRAMMY AWARDS... Norah is the Girl, and John Mayer is the MAN! I love these two individuals I just hope Norah will not be another Alanis... if you guys know what I mean. I quite remember something like this in the 90s, and it was called "Jagged Little Pill"... OH how I miss that album. It's a good thing Norah is not promoting some image (ie Alanis and her madras/Seattle grunge shirts and Adidas jackets and tight black pants and combat boots)... I am quite surprised she is considered POP. She's just too jazz...

Yeah, I was really happy for the both of them when I heard. Though, I can't believe that some people actually took John Mayer's metaphor seriously-- I mean, would a 14-16 yr old seriously write "No Such Thing" or "Your Body is a Wonderland"?
I actually slept through the grammys (and a possible coffee-chat with Albert, one of my best friends). I heard John Mayer's performance was AMAZING... and I'm really sorry that I missed it. I heard him on the radio on Monday afternoon, he's got the most adorable personality.
I should look up the rest of the winnings.

It's great that Baz is going to be doing "Alexander the Great," but I am gagging that Leo you-know-who is going to be Alex. NO NO NO NO NO! And Nicole Kidman as his mother? !!!! Isn't she a little young? I am taking a course on Alex the Great and I hope this movie isn't going to be screwed up! Please, give my Greek history sensibilities some relief! I am also liking the fact that in the new movie "Troy" Orly is going to play Paris (the original young hunk) and Sean Bean is going to be Odysseus. Another movie they better not mess up! Thoughts?

I have my doubts about the Leo-Nicole age gap/relationship. But then if they carry it off I think it could be pretty good.

Norah Jones the latest jewel to come out of the music scene... if you saw "Two Weeks Notice", she was there, she was the one who was singing "The Nearness of You" during that charity ball -- or something. Baz with a new movie--- ah, something to look forward to
