i was watching the TT thing on WB's promo the other day....all i hear is Eligah(sp?) wood saying things like "This has been an amazing experience. These guys are my buds for life....Orlando bloom is hot....opps, my own statement there  ..." anyways, i'm gonna have to eat 100 candies by the time that is done ;DLOL |

LOL "This has been an amazing experience..." is all Elijah ever says. No. I lie. When Dom, Billy and Lij are performing a skit, he starts swearing like a sailor. "He *beep* hates *beep* the *beep* me." Yeah...I never really watch the movie-movie in the four dvd set just the 'making of' and the movie w. commentaries. Good stuff. |

i love watching the cast commentary version, my fave bit is the cave troll bit and sean is saying how jelous he is of orlando and dom says something like "well u look good here sean!" and also orlando's lembas commercial ;D i find it amusing how elijah always answers with "this has been the best expreience of my lfe..." or slight variations on that!  must get boring answering the same question over and over again! |

I found the trio-hobbit skit in "A Day in the Life of a Hobbit" very very funny. These are very, very funny people we're dealing with. <g> I've watched the whole movie thru but not the cast commentary yet. I told my brother excitedly, "There's even a cast commentary version on here!" and he was like, "Duh. Other movies have them. You know that." But he didn't UNDERSTAND! Donna P.S. on the topic of elijah wood... did anyone else ever see any of his movies from the earlier days (north, the good son)? and if so, does it alarm (or amuse) anyone else that he looks almost exactly the same as he did in those movies? i'd completely forgotten about him when he started showing up in the lotr previews, and i thought *oh hey, elijah wood! i wonder how old he is now... 16? 17?* with my nonexistent sense of passing time. checked the web, as i always have to do, and he turned out to be a good few months older than me. i seriously didn't believe it, i had to check about five or six more sites. he looks 12! and sounds close to it! but oh well, he makes a d**n cute frodo |

Believe it or not, I haven't seen The Lord of the Rings yet. Is it any good? I have seen Elijah in trailers, though. He's okay.

You haven't seen LOTR? Ohmigod You REALLY should it's REALLY good (that MUCH emphasis) Ayway, I've seen Elijah movies waaay back. I also saw The Good Son (w/ Macaulay Culkin) and... Forever Young, with Mel Gibson. Yes, his face never changed, only his height--- which unfortunately, isn't much. ;D Even Sean Astin (Sam), he was one of those young actors on the rise in the 80s early 90s, but he disappeared. Quite surprised he's in the LOTR, which is really good for him. |

Hey gals...please don't make fun of people who look younger than they are... .....<g>.... Does anyone remember when Elijah Wood was a presenter at the Academy Awards when he was about 12 years old? (Maybe not---I think I'm the oldest one here). Anyhow...Macaulay Culkin had had a nervous breakdown or a family problem or something to that nature and when Elijah spoke he was (and remains) one of, if not the best, speaker at the Oscars. oh, trust me, i am *not* making fun. i look about as old as he does. that's the only reason i'm so fixated on it, i think... deep down, it's relief that there's someone else whose face stopped maturing at 12, and i think we should run away together and make people think we've discovered the philosopher's stone or the one ring or something because we never age and we're the eternally 12 couple...
