James Spader was very recently seen in "Secretary" with Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jake's older sister.

Acctualy, Alan Rickman as Snape, he's too old.... according to some calculations; Snape, as James Potter, Black, Lupin and Pettigrew, attended Hogwarts in 1970, so he must be around 30 years old..... So, the actors whom they would cast for Black and Lupin, should be around that age...... if they get comment on that, than they could say that because of Snape's bad temper, he's looking way older than he really is? I don't know, but it would be wonderfull if they cast Christian for Black of course........but yes, he's too young.......pitty...

Hey, I'm not sure anybody already knew, but both persons are already casted.
Sirius Black will be played by Gary Oldman, and Remus Lupin will be played by Davis Thewlis (you might know him from Dinotopia). Peter Pettigrew will be played by Timothy Spall, in case you didn't know yet.

In the case of HP, I'd settle for Tom Riddle. Quite content with that. We can play in our warm bedroom with our, er, wands ;D You know, playing with fire... in the fireplace, chasing each other in the Floo Network, pet his snake, er, I meant we'll pet his pet basilisk and in the case of murders, WELL... just say something like , "I didn't know, I am INSANE!"
I am in the middle of thinking about the Tom Riddle Sonnet, and I almost gave it the title, "Talking with my Snake", but somehow it didn't sound right.
Just what on middleearth is going on with me?
