Um ok...I feel a *little* better. lol
If we're only as old as we feel...hmm....I dunno how old I feel then. Sometimes 12, sometimes similar to the number Voldie M said...lol.....
This all reminds me of the time I was a model for a college classmate in her Learning Annex makeup class (I had to sit there a couple hours while she did up my face). There was a(nother) tiny thing, prob. about 5 feet tall, flitting around the room. She had shoulder-length full blonde hair and was dressed in a t-shirt and a casual soft skirt. Near the end of the time, she mentioned casually that she was 51 and I was thinking, "What the h*ll?!!!!!" lol....she'd been acting/conveying that she was younger....NOT that she was immature, mind you; there's a difference....but it was a shock. <g>

I'm 19, but my mother tells everyone that I was born 30 years old (whatever that means...). So that would make me...
49 years old.
When I am with my sisters though...I act like a little kid...we get so goofy when we are together.
My mom has been claiming to be 36 for MANY years now....I actually have no idea how old she is...pathetic I know.

I know a little secret to get u to catch up..here goes... it has to be a full moon, but it has to be cloudy..got it so far? anyway, when the 12th cloud passes the moon, take a hair from u'r head and kiss it..after that, put it under u'r pillow, sneeze 3 times, and go to sleep. Here's the doozy, u have to dream about the number 79..if not, well..u'r screwed.. hope that helped! ;D |

Sampaguita... 'Uncle Tagumpay'? REALLY? WOW  I don't have any relatives named as Filipino as that, except for the usual Procopio, Epifanio, Victoria, et al ('Tagumpay' means victory/success in English... maybe his name is Victor? ) Anyway, I can't see the pic you linked here  I tried to post a pic here, but it took ages for it to download so I had to delete it. And am still looking for an appropriate pic to post here, in most of my pics either I look like a deranged lunatic about to commit murder or a wide-eyed teenybopper! EW. Oh, that's just the pic I have on my yahoo profile... It's me at the ripe old age of (less than) 6 months.
And yes, his name really is Tagumpay... but we call him uncle Pi (pronounced "pie" for all you non-Filipinos out there) for short. You can actually see him in the Filipino-American movie "The Debut." He's the one playing the Bandurria in the Rondalla.

You know I've never really watched any foreign (basically meaning non-American, English or Australian) movies before, but lately I often watch "world movies" and some of them are really cool. The Sweedish ones can be pretty interesting too.  |
