Hmm...I think it's just because Tom's further away. Or maybe it was intentional. They could have scaled it to make it appear that Tom is still a student.

I don't think that's Radcliffe. I think that's his stand-in or double. He is close to that height though-- I had to watch it a few times to ascertain that conclusion. I'm pretty sure that there are two different people as Harry in that S-RS (shot-reverse shot) sequence. And it appears that there are a good 4-6 inches between the heights of [either of the] Harry and CC.

I think that Christian is standing further away from Ginny than it appears. I mean, compare his head to Harry's.
