Drunk? LOL Well who knows...it was a kind of party...get-together, really...maybe he'd have a drink or so...but it wasn't like he was stumbling around muttering gibberish and then all of a sudden walked on out over the ledge...<g>.... It was an accident.

LOL. I mean, I do know he drinks. This interview in Teen People said he meets girls at bars. But it's nice to know that he didn't throw himself out a window in the throes of drunkenness. *frowns in concentration* Is drunkenness a word?

I read that version recently, too....however the most common version<g>, and the one given by Orlando himself on tv, was that he was sitting on the ledge and fell.

Erm...why would he be climbing down a drainpipe? LOL! That's what I would like to know. Maybe in auditioning for a movie of somesort? But really that's just stupid to climb down a drainpipe. Edited to add "climb down a drainpipe" b/c I didn't want it to sound like that version of the story was stupid.

Man, falling out a window. What a way to break a back! You'd think he did it bungee jumping or hang gliding or something.

Yeah. Like skiing. Back when I lived in Massachusetts, I used to take skiing lessons. One time I was going really fast down the mountain, and this instructor thought I was out of control, so he came over and "rescued" me. Then he made me go back to the cabin and sit down. When I stood up, I ended up spraining my ankle on the wet floor. LOL. Okay, the guy was just trying to do his job, but it was very annoying.

I wonder what happened to Pobs? I guess she's just another one-post wonder, but I dunno, I found her story really believable.

Yeah, I remember Pobs, she's the one who started the 'hey ladies' thread, right? I thought she'd post back after that supposed Cambridge party...

I think POBS was a guy... rofl.... yeah I thought so too. Is "Pobs" a more feminine name, or something? <g> Well he/she did only post 2 or 3x, right? What WOULD be sad is if, say, I were to go on an extended vacation for a few months without access to a computer and have somebody say, "Where's Donna? Where'd he go?"
