Oh I'd like him to answer that too. But I remember saying something about him being another character.. which I don't think he would actually go up for.. but yeah

Yeah, I also wonder if CC notices that he seems to beoverlooked--- esp the Tom character! I wonder too if he DID something about it. I read somewhere that he is not yet ready for stardom... like hel-lo, I believe there was this certain Dark Lord who started all the Harry Potter business? When you really think about it it's about Harry Potter and Voldemort? I am starting to get really annoyed with WB. I thought it was just a strategy for them to introduce the more famous actors (older) first, but what they're doing is overlooking the REAL essence of HP who is Voldy!

*glares evily at WB evil people muttering* How dare they overlook the best character written in our centuary! This is the Boy who became Lord! He must have an interesting past but nooo! Lets just ignore then awfully cute handsome gorgeous man who plays him! Grrrr.... I only hope JK can write a book describing TMR's past and then make it into a movie! But by that time we'll all be taking our kids to see it!

Yeah...I have begun to wonder if it's not only because of his sexuality...or whatever he is...I wonder if he doesn't have a good publicist, or one at all...or if he has just wanted to stay out of the limelight.....no movie is higher profile, after all....

i agree
i mean, all those "spirituel" actors are like "it's not about money, it's about making people happy"...
he's one of them, then
cause he defenetly could have better publicity, if he really wanted

Yeah exactly. Right now he's like that, and I'm hoping he stays like that. I really dislike actors who do it for the money.. get all full of themselves and what not..
Christian is the total opposite of that.

he definately seems the type of person who sn't in it for the moeny, so i guess the lack of publicity could be to do with him......but i still like blaming wb for the lack of publicity!

Listening and watching him speak in that oh-much-too-short interview at the London premiere (I remember they then cut to Miriam Margoles who plays the herbology teacher, and I spoke vehemently, "NO! I don't want to look at her! Go back!" Which my mother found amusing....she of course adores Christian. ) Anyhow, I digress....lol.....my point is, I can see from that one interview that he really does seem the type to take each job as it comes and to be thankful for it, no matter what the hype or lack thereof, and even tho he said, "Nobody knows who I am," he didn't make a big fuss over it as some people might....he seemed very humble and maybe even somewhat thankful that his face wasn't plastered all over posters (much as we would've liked that). yeah he did seem very humble in the interview and from what vjay said about him.
he seemed humble in 'romeo and juliet' too, like at the end some of the other actors seemed as tho they were trying to get attention but he wasn't.
