Lizifer I love your blinkies  ...where'd you get the green one? <g> When my brother saw Beauty & The Beast in the theatre, when it was done, the whole audience clapped. I think that's the only movie I can ever remember the *entire* audience clapping for. And it remains one of my fave movies....I just got the deluxe edition on DVD last week.  Donna |

;DMe too. When I was a child, I loved the original version of "The little mermaid". It was so sad, when she became sea- foam (I don´t know if it´s the right word for it) and her little friend, a dolphin was crying "Undine" all the time. I watched with my cousin and we were crying all the time, too...  |

[lol that sentance sounded confusing!] i love the green one and of course the hobbit one! i've only ever seen beauty and the beast once and i wasn't all that impressed, that was when it 1st came out, maybe i should watch it again  |

Omg, I hadn't been impressed with Disney films (as a lot of people weren't) for a long time---and then I sat down one morning and watched the video of The Little Mermaid. WOW. I loved it. Talk about Disney rejuvenation. I also loved B&B and Aladdin---wow. lol...after The Lion King, tho, I haven't been all that impressed. They say it might be because Jeffrey Katzenburg left Disney to go to DreamWorks, and he had been the one to demand that the animation and the story and everything be top notch. Hmm.

Yeah! All the recent Disney movies kinda suck! It seems like they are just trying to make a quick buck rather than take the time to make a GOOD film!
Like Treasure Planet and Jungle Book 2 and Return to Neverland....please...
They just don't make them like they used to!

The last Disney movie I saw was Atlantis, The Lost Empire. I must say I really like that movie.

They really are only making TWO more?? ACK! Computer animation...soon people that have to draw by hand won't be considered artistic....you'll be considered a great drawer if you can move a mouse around and drag & click...ick,

So I should get rid of all my art stuff then? I've got a whole shelf in my cupboard devoted to art supplies, and half the one below it (I'll admit a bit of it was stuff I "soveniered" during Art class back at high school. I figured if I had to pay all that extra money to do VCE Art I was going to get some real benefits...). |
