I was browsing Fictionalley.org (wonderful site) and I came accross these wonderful COS related Tom lyric song things.. The first one is by SeverelySnaped who is brill! It's called The keeper of the Diary and it's to the Phatom of the Opera!
(Ginny) On page he wrote to me In words he came That voice which comforts me And knows my pain
And do I write again? For now I find The keeper of the diary is there Inside my mind
(Tom) Write once again to me Or you'll regret My power over you Grows stronger yet
Though you confide in me I sneer behind The keeper of the diary is there Inside your mind
(Ginny) Those who have heard your voice Draw closer near I am your mask but still
(Tom) It's me they fear
(Ginny) My power and regret In one combined The keeper of the diary is there Inside my mind
(Tom) In all your fantasies You always knew That man and mystery
(Ginny) Were both in you
(Both) And in this labyrinth Where trust is blind The keeper of the diary is there/here Inside your/my mind
(Tom -spoken-) Write, my heiress of Slytherin
(Ginny) He's there, the keeper of the diary...
You can just imagne him speaking and dancing to that song with Ginny... So... mmmm...!
If I find more I'll tell you lol

well...the emcee doesn't really sing. no, i lie. he has an entire song to himself; ie. 'i don't care much'. cabaret isn't one of the best sing-songy musicals, but alan cumming's interpretation doesn't count, right? agh! i hope christian's emcee was closer to cumming's emcee rather than joel grey's emcee?! the movie makes me gag. mendes' musical is excellent.

Alan Cumming is also in Julie Taymor's Titus, a very excellent movie adaptation of Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus. He plays Saturninus, husband of Tamora [Jessica Lange] and brother of Bassianus [James Frain]. Alan's going to play Nightcrawler in X-Men 2. [There are some pics of him up at the Entertainment Weekly site.]
I do believe Mr. Cumming has also written a book. I think its Tommy's World or something like that.

That reminds me of a joke on Saturday Night Live where they said some British people weren't gay, just really really British. (I don't remember it exactly, gah.)
Alan Cumming hosted SNL once! It was funny and.. stuff.
;D
