...and Lucius Malfoy is in possesion of the diary AGAIN (Harry gave it to him the stupid kid) so maybe Voldy will fix it hehe! Then Tom will come back AND Voldy will be full power! That would he soo funny! Or the bad guys could win.. Harry Potter is dead and Voldemort/Tom rule the world!! Haha!
-On the last word scar theory. It makes sense! here's a few examples
"It started and ended with Harry Poters famous scar" "Hermione gazed into the dead eyes of the boy-who-lived's scar" "Snape picked up Harry (Biig fan of Snape being forgiven theory) and carried him away to the castle. The only thing visible in the bloody mess that is Harry. Is his famous scar"
Or on the tomestone!
"Harry James Potter (timeline)
'Wonderful friend, devoted lover, protector of good. It all started with a scar."

My play opened today and while we were backstage beforehand, a few of us were discussing who will die in Book 5. One thinks it'll be Hagrid. I think that may be WAAAAYYYYY too obvious (as this has been surmised by other people months and months ago) yet that would help explain why JK Rowling has found it "difficult" to write.

yeah that death can be just about anybody. a "fan?" i mean, even ppl that hate harry could secretly be a fan of his, right? personally, i think arthur weasley is going to die, not that i would want it tho. you kno how jo rowling writes... many twists and surprises, things you wouldn't expect... well most ppl DUNT expect arthur weasley to die... and i think it might be lucius that kills him.. why? iono, i think theres some version of king arthur that he is killed by king lucius. is that right? i need to research.
and i think names are very revealing... Most names are based on something… sometimes its just place names… sometimes it historical. one of my co-workers said that the leader of portugal was salazar... is that true? i wonder if jkr has anything against portugal... could it have anything to do with her portugese ex-husband that left her to live in a rat-infested flat with the daughter?
And I think she sometimes base things that have happened before. I mean, the whole voldemort thing is like Hitler right? I mean hitler’s grandmother was Jewish, wasn’t she? And Tom Riddle’s dad was muggle right? Hitler hated jews, riddle hates muggleborns and muggles.
and about clues from cos... how about filch's cat? Mrs. Norris. why does he care so much about her? And why is she even a 'Mrs?' and percy seems too ambitious... you kno what happens to ambitious folk right? they usually turn evil and end up dead (julius caesar and darth vader). okay, well, maybe that might not happen to percy as he was in gryffindor. but still, something to think about.
things in the 5th book um, crookshanks has got to be part kneazle, right? the cat senses out bad guys... a license is needed to own a kneazle, but what about half-kneazle and half-cat? they can interbreed... oh and this IS from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them...
okay, enuf chitter chatter from me, hehe.

wow a lot to think bout there lydia. i haven't heard that bout king arthur, let us know if u find out anything more about that, sounds interesting and relevant! i agree about the names being revealing, there's one website i think it's mugglenet and that gives meanings to most of the characters names, quite an interesting read u know i'd never thought 'mrs.' norris as being significant, i just thought filch was really lonely so treated his cat like a person guess there could be a deeper meaning tho! in my opinion, one of the 'good' characters has got to turn 'evil', just doesn't make for such an interesting story if there's no switching of sides! i haven't read 'fantastic beasts and where to find them' so i can't really comment on the crookshanks thing. just a random thought, i always imagined crookshanks as the cat out of 'alice in wonderland'!! don't ask me why!!

wait!...in CoS...only muggleborns were petrified...right? but why was mrs. norris petrified? could she be an animugus(or however u spell that) just like wormtail was? is she secretly protecting hogwarts and is an ally to Dumbledore...hmm, interesting! ;D

here is the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them on Kneazles: KNEAZLE M.O.M.Classification XXX The Kneazle was originally bred in Britain, though it is now exported worldwide. A small cat-like creature with flecked, speckled or spotted fur, outsize ears and a tail like a lion´s, the Kneazle is intelligent, independent and occasionally aggressive, though if it takes a liking to a witch or wizard, it makes an excellent pet. The Kneazle has an uncanny ability to detect unsavoury or suspicious characters and can be relied upon to guide its owner safely home if they are lost. Kneazles have up to eight kittens in a litter and can interbreed with cats. Licences are required for ownership as (like Crups and Fwoopers) Kneazles are sufficiently unusual in appearance to attract Muggle interest. -- im sort of researching on the king arthur and lucius stuff... there are other versions where it says lucius dies... well maybe there's more than one death in the book. i don't think lucius malfoy is a big fan of harry... i'll look more into the king arthur stuff later, -- mrs. norris is kinda spooky. i mean, how many cats are actually THAT smart? think about it realisticly. would cats really kno that ppl shouldn't be somewhere at a time of day, and knows how to call filch to her so students can get in trouble? and filch is a squib (sp?)... does that have anything to do with the petrifying?

On people "changing sides"....... Percy is an interesting character. Ron himself says in one of the books that he wonders if Percy would send his own family to Azkaban if he thought it would advance his career. In fact come to think of it, Percy could've been a good candidate for Slytherin----ambitious to the core. However, he WAS put in Gryffindor, which concerns bravery. Also, I have also thought on how Neville was put in Gryffindor (is he really that brave? ) and Hermione was as well, despite her seemingly being a prime candidate for Ravenclaw (she is even *first* in the entire class in academics.) Maybe....a person is put into a House based not necessarily on what they already *have*, but also on what they will *need* in the future. Maybe Percy will need bravery when it comes to making a *choice* in the future---ie choosing the Rules vs. choosing People. Hermione: does her bravery override her academic achievements? And Neville---he needs to be around those who are already brave. Snape is also fascinating...1) Harry's scar hurt the first time they saw each other (WHY?---other than that, his scar has only hurt when Voldemort was "near") 2)he constantly suggests expulsion whenever Harry breaks a rule (or does he just put on a "good show" of it? 3)he helped save Harry's life in the first Quidditch match. At end of GOF, we learn he's a double agent, apparently, but IS Dumbledore wise in trusting him? If so, why does he loathe Harry so much? Donna

snape hates harry so much becuz he's like his father...when snape was a deatheater, he wanted james dead and now that harry is alive and as strong as his father, it killing snape it's as if he's back at hogwarts as a student, harry like james, is getting away with everything. he (snape) has the power to expell harry and is so quick to do this becuz james was never expelled for all the stuff he did... but now, he can't get the revenge he wants becuz harry is untouchable, he is the boy who lived, and therefore, snape is jealous of him and wants to make his days at hogwarts so miserable...
btw, i think hagrid might die becuz on rosie she asked if everyone will be doing all the movies and he goes he doesn't know yet...and he's close to harry...

No offense Angela but that was the worst misinterpretation of Snape character I`ve ever come across! Snape never wanted James dead, not even when he was a deatheater, Sirius Black wanted Snape dead when he was 15. Snape only wanted to see Marauders expelled because they broke every f*cking rule and got away with it. But Sirius set Snape up in the Shrieking Shack incident where he was supposed to end up bitten or killed by werewolf Lupin who also didn`t know about Black`s "joke". James saved Snape by pulling him back before werewolf could get him. So from that point of view Sirius is very dark character because a)he knew Snape could`ve got killed or infected by werewolf`s bite and b) his best friend Lupin would`ve been held responsible. If you want to kill someone do it yourself, don`t set up your best friend to do the deed for you. That`s the fact and all the goody-2-shoes godfather thingy can`t change that about Sirius Black who is my fave adult character because of that dark side about him which I hope will be explored.
Back to Snape, we don`t know why he joined Voldy and than turned his back on him but we know that he spied for Dumbledore and that he might be the spy who warned Dumbledore about Voldy`s plan to kill James&family as mentioned in PoA. Also, Snape tried to save Harry twice, from Quirrell and Black, probably because he failed to save James (when Dumbledore got the warning from his spy he suggested James to do the secret-keeping spell which they did with rat boy Pettigrew which lead to james&Lily demise). So Snape is more an anti-hero than a villain.
As for CoS hints, another one might be resurrection. Voldy and harry are bonded by Phoenix feather wans, Phoenix means rise from the ashes, resurrection, which Voldy achieved. I bet it will work for harry too. JKR keeps saying she might kill off Harry but it doesn`t mean he won`t rise. keep an eye on Phoenix theme, it isn`t there just for eye candy.
